Okay so I havent been on here in months and I will say that Im disappointed in myself for letting that happen. Along with that, I let school and other things get in the way of my exercise and fell out of my plan. But now, Ive decided to change that and make a big come back. So dont let things ruin your new lifestyles, find a way to work around them.
okay so I’ve been totally off my diet plan and exercise plan which is totally bad….but today I plan to start back to healthy living!
So my gym membership expired last week so I haven’t been to the gym in awhile and that means I haven’t had a decent workout in a while. I’m not rejoining the gym right now until college preparations are done and senior year starts to lighten up. So for now, I have to just do home workouts until I can get back into the gym.
