&lt;p&gt;Hey i’m Katie and i’m 5’5! The picture on the left is me at 184 lbs (January 2012)and the picture on the right is me at 141 lbs (Septermber 2012)!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn’t begin my weight loss journey until late May of this year but It’s amazing to see the difference-I’ve still got 21 lbs to go!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All done through healthy eating and exercise! If you need any advice just ask-I love helping!&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#8217;m not rejoining the gym right now until college preparations are done and senior year starts to lighten up. So for now, I have to just do home workouts until I can get back into the gym. SO this will be a challenge for me. I think I&amp;#8217;ll mix up my routines with a little bit of insanity workouts and blogilates stuff.
