Food Log:

1 pear

1 egg white omelette

1 half cup of green baby spinach

1 banana

1 sliced carrot grazed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic

1 90 calorie brownie

1 1/2 cup of baby spinach w/ 1/2 chopped raw carrots

1 bag of pirate’s booty

~~Day 2: 7/4/12~~

1 pack of apple cinnamon oatmeal

1/2 cup of raw strawberries and blueberries

3 bowls of chicken noodle soup
